What this is

Session 3 changes the subject. This time we pull apart the Offer — the reason someone buys now instead of filing your store under “maybe later.”

Most shops have a product. Far fewer have an offer. The product is what you sell. The offer is how you frame it: the price, the bundle, the bonus, the reason to act today. Same product, sharper offer, and both your conversion rate and your average order value move.

We just scanned 1,000 Shopify stores running ads. A few numbers worth sitting with:

  • Nearly 100% show some upsell signal; 87% run a named offer app.
  • 70% of offers fire right in the cart — but most are just switched on.
  • Almost everyone runs the same few apps and the same few moves; nobody designs for their own offer.

Put plainly: “having a widget” is no edge anymore. Designing the offer is. That gap is your opening.

Where AI comes in

A good offer usually eats an afternoon of thinking. With AI it’s faster:

  • Generate options — describe the product and your margin, let AI propose a dozen offers, you keep the two or three worth testing.
  • Run the math — price, discount, margin left, break-even. AI handles the numbers; you make the calls.
  • Write the copy — headline, description, button, in both EN and VI, with variants for A/B.
